G2P-ZOLTM is a monophasic solution designed for total RNA isolation from a variety of biological sources including tissues, cells, and bacteria. It separates RNA from DNA and proteins using phase separation followed by alcohol precipitation. Typical yields produce distinct 28S, 18S, and 5.5S rRNA bands.
