G2P Turbo Amp 2X Master Mix is a high-performance PCR reagent formulated specifically for applications in the seed industry and plant genotyping. It simplifies PCR setup while enabling high-efficiency amplification, even in GC-rich or difficult template regions.
The master mix combines polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, buffer, and loading dye in a single tube — minimizing errors, streamlining workflow, and eliminating the need for post-PCR sample preparation before electrophoresis. It shows excellent amplification results across plant species such as okra, brinjal, and wheat, and compares favourably with leading commercial master mixes.
