Product Details
G2P T7 RNA Polymerase is a recombinant DNA-dependent RNA polymerase derived from the T7 bacteriophage. It catalyzes the synthesis of RNA in the 5′→3′ direction using linear or plasmid DNA templates containing a T7 promoter. This enzyme is widely used for in vitro mRNA synthesis, radiolabeled RNA probe generation, antisense RNA production, and sgRNA synthesis for CRISPR applications. It is supplied in a glycerol-containing buffer for enhanced stability and is ready for use in standard transcription reactions.
