G2P SpinClean Plasmid Prep Kit enables rapid and efficient plasmid purification from 1–5 mL of overnight-grown bacterial cultures. Using a silica spin column and optimized buffers, the kit isolates supercoiled plasmid DNA free from RNA and genomic contaminants. The final DNA is suitable for cloning, sequencing, restriction digestion, and other molecular biology workflows.
