TThe G2P Microbial DNA Isolation Combo Kit is a versatile, column-based system for extracting genomic DNA from both fungal and bacterial sources. Compatible with spores, hyphae, mycelia, and bacterial cultures. The kit enables efficient cell lysis and inhibitor removal, yielding high-quality DNA suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and other downstream applications. It works with fresh, frozen, or fixed samples and eliminates the need for enzymatic digestion like Zymolase.
