We are excited to announce that we are now manufacturing RNA oligos for the first time in India! Until now, DNA oligos are made by different vendors within the country but RNA oligos are generally imported from service providers outside India. We have set our goals high and hope to achieve those QC standards as set by the leaders in the field to manufacture world class oligos. We ensure strict quality standards by testing the Abs 260 , running a PAGE gel to ensure single bands and also HPLC to ensure sharp peaks of the desired product.

• Mermade 192X capable of turning around 192 samples in a day.
• HPLC from Waters including the 1500 series Binary pump to adapt to analytical flow rates all the way to semi-preparative runs.
• PAGE and cartridge purification options available
• Regular PCR primers and Realtime PCR Taqman-like probes labelled with fluorophore of choice
• siRNA, crRNA, gRNA and other modified RNA
• A comprehensive list of modifications on DNA and RNA oligos available
